The Swagman DISPATCH is a feature-rich hitch carrier for up to two bikes. It's RV-approved, which means it's designed to withstand the extra force of use on the back of a caravan or 5-wheel RV. The DISPATCH has greater ground clearance, making it ideal for those with ground clearance problems at the rear of their caravan. Adjustable ratchet hooks secure the bike frame and ratchet straps secure the wheels.
